I’m a senior finance professional, a UK qualified accountant (FCCA) with almost 25 years of wide-ranging accountancy, audit and regulatory experience gained via top tier accountancy and financial services firms, including the ‘Big 4’ world of PWC and Lloyds Banking Group, where I held my last UK position as Head of Finance, Regulatory Control.
I’ve contributed to the strategic direction of firms and divisions of all sizes, advised and provided in-depth knowledge to key business Committees, interpreted and ensured compliance with risk and regulatory policies, driven forward complex financial disclosures and reporting agendas, led significant finance change projects and established and continually developed large, high performing finance teams.
In 2019, I began a whole new life adventure when I moved from Edinburgh to live in Bergerac in the beautiful South West of France. It’s been 3 years of discovering new places, new cultures, a new language, sampling the culinary delights and the amazing ‘vins rouges’ and taking on new challenges both professionally and personally on a daily basis. Operating as a business consultant here in France, I have the opportunity to share my expertise, skills, knowledge and experience to benefit English speaking businesses in France and beyond!
